The facilities were really good here. The rooms were spacious and had all the things you need like climate control, a variety of TV channels, and even a microwave 🍿. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Casa 325 Guesthouse. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very nice. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything we needed. This hotel is situated in a lovely area.

great overall experience. exceptionally comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom and a kitchenette area and coffee in the room. had marvellous and stunning location right in the downtown, 4-6 minutes walking distance from a waterfront square. and really close to restaurants and terminal and the center of bubbling key west day- and nightlife.

I had a wonderful stay here during my entire visit, and the location was fantastic, relatively close to Duval Street.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent with an airy standard quadruple room, fresh towels, a comfortable bed, and a microwave, coffee & tea makers.

The place is perfectly situated near all the action, and the room is spacious and bright with a convenient kitchenette.

The property was in the middle of the city. I had a spotlessly clean and huge room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. All the staff were incredibly nice. Actually everything was very good; my next choice again in Key West!

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge and microwave. The towels were soft and clean. The staff, especially a friendly young gentleman, were helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, with key attractions and dining options nearby.

The pool was very hot, likely due to the weather and lack of shade from damaged trees. The chairs around the pool were uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have a table and regular chairs to sit at.

Recently stayed at Casa 325 for a week-long visit. The location is unbeatable, right on Duval St., close to everything. The pool was a great feature, especially since it was heated. The room was typical for a Key West guesthouse but very nice. The manager was extremely helpful, providing tips on cabs and good breakfast places. The property had a calming atmosphere and a wonderful pool for relaxation. Loved the old-fashioned Keys feel of the conch house and room.
